Connecting to Natural Gas

Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd is the licensed distributor of Natural Gas in Tamworth. We are not a Natural Gas retailer. Currently, the active Natural Gas retailer in the region is Country Energy.

To have Natural Gas connected to your home, you will need to register the connection request (“Request for Service”) with Country Energy. Please note that modest connection fees may apply.

Natural Gas Availability

Central Ranges Pipeline is striving to make Natural Gas available to as many customers as possible by installing additional Natural Gas mains in to areas where gas is not currently available.

To date we have constructed over 180km of gas mains throughout Tamworth. To see if your street is part of the Natural Gas network please click here.
